Our Commitment, Certified
For Epassi Italia, corporate welfare means taking care of people: those who work with us and those who benefit from our services every day. It ’s a concrete commitment; one that can be measured and verified.
The certifications we have earned over time are not merely achievements to be displayed; they are the result of ongoing work, subject to external verification, in accordance with nationally and internationally recognized standards.
Certified B Corporation and Benefit Corporation
Epassi Italia is a Certified B Corporation, a certification awarded by B Lab to companies that demonstrate, through the B Impact Assessment, the highest standard of positive impact on employees, communities, the environment, and customers. We renew this certification every year, reaffirming our commitment to using business as a force for good in society.
We are also a Benefit Corporation under Law No. 208/2015. This means that our commitment to the common good is enshrined in our articles of incorporation—from caring for our people to promoting inclusive and sustainable welfare. And every year, we report on this in our Impact Report.
ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security
In the field of corporate welfare, we process personal data and confidential information belonging to employees and client companies on a daily basis. ISO/IEC 27001 certification attests that Epassi Italia manages information security in accordance with the international standard: confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data, through a structured risk management process.
ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 Quality and Environment
The UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 certifications, verified by Certiquality, attest to two distinct things. The first: the ability to provide services of consistent quality, focused on customer satisfaction. Second: a concrete commitment to responsibly managing our environmental impact, with measurable goals for continuous improvement.
UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality
Epassi Italia is certified under the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard for gender equality management systems. This commitment is formalized in the 2024–2027 Strategic Plan for Gender Equality, which sets measurable goals across six areas: organizational culture, governance, HR, women’s inclusion, pay equity, and parenthood. A dedicated Steering Committee monitors progress annually.
Awards
Continuous growth, recognized internationally.
Epassi’s growth is not just an internal statistic: it has been measured and certified by the Financial Times, which has ranked Epassi among Europe’s fastest-growing companies for four consecutive years, from 2022 to 2025.
In 2025, this recognition went even further: Epassi made it onto the “Europe’s Long-Term Growth Champions” list, which honors companies capable of sustained growth over time, ranking 32nd in Europe.
Two accolades, one meaning: building a model that works and continues to work, year after year.

Financial Times · 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025
Every year, the Financial Times, in partnership with Statista, tracks the growth of European companies over a three-year period. Making it onto this list even once is an achievement. Being on it for four consecutive years tells a different story: it signals a model that stands the test of time, scales effectively, and continues to deliver results.
